Puzzle of Survival Games is a hybrid book that interweaves two dystopian narratives: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins and The Maze Runner by James Dashner. The project examines the contrasts and connections between these texts, focusing on how each constructs survival, control, and resistance under extreme conditions.

The Hunger Games follows Katniss Everdeen, who volunteers to enter a state-controlled death match to protect her sister. The novel explores themes of sacrifice, power, and rebellion within an authoritarian society, using violence and spectacle to critique inequality.

The Maze Runner centers on teenagers trapped inside a shifting maze with no memory of their past. The story emphasizes urgency, fear, and collective survival, driven by mystery and psychological confinement.

By physically interweaving these two texts, Puzzle of Survival Games highlights shared themes of survival and resistance while contrasting political spectacle with enforced disorientation. The hybrid structure allows these parallels to be experienced through both form and content.
