WATERBOMB is a rebranding project for South Korea’s largest summer music festival. The new identity captures the festival’s energy, spontaneity, and sense of collective excitement through bold visual language and dynamic motion.
The festival combines large-scale outdoor music performances with water battles, in which participants and artists engage in playful competitions with water guns and balloons. Divided into two color-coded teams, the event fosters unity and excitement by blending music, sport, and celebration.
The rebrand reflects this vibrant experience through a system of fluid typography, vivid gradients, and kinetic forms that echo the movement of water. Together, these elements reimagine WATERBOMB as an immersive, youthful, and vibrant festival.
